There are so many things to love about our city, but at the top of the list is the people who make up our community. Tonight was a perfect example of how big our heart is! Lansing PTA K-5 partnered with Lansing Kiwanis Club to honor veterans and support our schools. It was so wonderful to watch the performances by the Loyal Lansingers and Mrs. Robinson’s 2nd grade class. Leavenworth High School JROTC presented the colors. The artwork that decorated our evening was created by Lansing students. And most importantly, we were so happy to take a moment to thank those in our community who have served and are still serving in the military. Thank you, veterans!
